e-Tourist Visa for India (online)
The tourist visa for India is best applied for online with a valid passport. The advantage of this e-Tourist Visa over the normal tourist visa is that it is cheaper and quicker because you no longer need to send it by post. However, the application form online is a bit time-consuming and you have to save your passport and photo in the correct format in advance and then upload them. Beware, there are fake websites. TIME FRAMEWORK
The e-Tourist Visa is valid for two or more entries (Double Entry/Multiple Entry). It can be applied for at least 5 days before departure. T*he 30-day visa can only be applied for 30 days before departure. *The 5-year visa is valid from the date of issue for multiple entries and is the best solution.
