Arrival in Delhi and transfer to the hotel.
Transfer to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Jaipur is one of the most colorful cities in India and is known as the “Pink City” because of the color of its painted sandstone buildings.
A great day is ahead. You visit the Amber Fort, which is one of the most impressive Rajput forts in Rajasthan and is spectacularly situated on a steep mountain slope. The afternoon is reserved for other interesting sights in the center of the city. These include the City Palace and the mysterious “Palace of the Winds”.
On the way to Agra, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, where you will learn more about the abandoned capital of the former Mughal empire. You will arrive in Agra in the afternoon.
Today the highlight of your trip awaits you – the world-famous Taj Mahal. The sunrise tour will be unforgettable. The huge mausoleum, built of pure marble, is located in the middle of a large garden and is one of the 7 wonders of the world of modern times. This work of art was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as proof of his love for his wife Mumtaz Mahal in the mid-17th century. You have enough time to look at this impressive building and be enchanted by the fascinating architecture. Then on to Delhi with the Gatimaan express train. Transfer to your Hotel.
After breakfast you will see the most important highlights of Old Delhi on a city tour. You will get to know the highlights such as the Jama Masjid Mosque, the largest mosque in India, the Red Fort from the outside and the Mahatma Gandhi memorial, Raj Ghat. The bicycle rickshaw takes you through the streets of Old Delhi. Followed by a city tour of New Delhi. You drive past the India Gate, the government district and the presidential house and visit the Qutub Minar, one of the tallest towers in the Islamic world.
